La Posada Hotel The hotel has partnered with the Laredo Art League, Gallery 201, Laredo Center for the Arts, Laredo Main Street, Texas A&M International University, Laredo Community College, the City of Laredo in promoting the Arts in South
Texas.
Beginning in 2008, La Posada Hotel sponsored the formation of the Bazar de San Agustin, an open-air arts festival featuring local artists, musicians, and dancers.
La Posada Hotel has also teamed with the local arts community to utilize the hotel’s public spaces in the exhibition of South Texas artists. This series of art exhibitions in the hotel provides an additional venue for art, exposes hotel guests to the artist’s work, and creates a living art museum within the hotel.
